The New York Times article, Insomniacs Are Helped by Online Therapy, Study Finds, reports on the recent JAMA Psychiatry publication on the results of the SHUTi Trial. This study is a large randomized clinicial trial of online cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) using the SHUTi program (Sleep Healthy Using the Internet).
