SHUTi Trial in The New York Times

The New York Times article, Insomniacs Are Helped by Online Therapy, Study Finds, reports on the recent JAMA Psychiatry publication on the results of the SHUTi Trial. This study is a large randomized clinicial trial of online cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) using the SHUTi program (Sleep Healthy Using the Internet). SHUTi helps people overcome insomnia by retraining them in healthy sleep behaviors and thoughts. Other popular press follows.
