Online CBT-I Program May Reduce Depression, Anxiety Symptoms

Preliminary results at 6 months form the GoodNight Study show that using SHUTi, an online cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), may reduce the risk of depressive episodes in poor sleepers with subclinical levels of depressive symptoms. 1,148 adults in Australia participated in the GoodNight Study.
